Apostolic Leadership

VCAC operates under the apostolic leadership model, emphasizing spiritual oversight, equipping, and empowerment. This structure prioritizes the guidance of the Holy Spirit and the mission of advancing God’s Kingdom through strategic discipleship, evangelism, and pastoral care.

ድል የክርስቶስ አምባሳደሮች ቤተክርስቲያን (VCAC) በአፖስቶላዊ አመራር ይሰራል፤ ይህም መንፈሳዊ እንክብካቤ፣ ማበረታታትና ማቅረብ አስፈላጊነቱን ያበረከተ። ይህ አወቃቀር የመንፈስ ቅዱስ መመሪያን እና እግዚአብሔር መንግሥትን በማስተማር፣ በወንጌልና በእርስ በርስ እንክብካቤ የማስተዳደር ተልዕኮን ይጠብቃል።

The apostolic leadership is responsible for casting vision, ensuring doctrinal soundness, and providing oversight to all church ministries and operations.

አፖስቶላዊ አመራር ራዕይን ማቅረብ፣ ትምህርት ትክክለኛ እንዲኖር መጠበቅ፣ ለቤተክርስቲያኑም ሁሉን አገልግሎትና እንቅስቃሴ እንዲሠሩ መንከባከብ ተጠያቂ ነው።

Organizational Structure

There are two kinds of Charts: the Head Office Chart and the Local Church Chart of Organization.

ሁለት ዓይነት የድርጅት አቀማመጥ አለ፤ ዋና ቢሮ አቀማመጥ እና አካባቢ ቤተክርስቲያን አቀማመጥ።

The Board of Directors provides governance and oversight, ensuring the church adheres to its mission, vision, and legal responsibilities. Key responsibilities include financial stewardship, policy-making, and strategic planning.

የአስተዳደር ቦርድ ቤተክርስቲያኑ ተልዕኮ፣ ራዕይና ሕጋዊ ግዴታዎቿን እንዲጠብቅ አስተዳደርና እንክብካቤ ይሰጣል። ዋና ተግባራቱ የገንዘብ መንከባከብ፣ ፖሊሲ ማዘጋጀትና ስትራቴጂ እቅድ ማቅረብ ናቸው።

• Chairperson – የቦርዱ ፕሬዝዳንት
• Vice-Chairperson – አስተካካይ
• Secretary – ጸሐፊ
• Treasurer – መዝገብ ገንዘብ አስተባባሪ
• General Board Members – አጠቃላይ አባላት

B. Offices

VCAC has five primary offices, each led by an appointed minister or leader. These offices work collaboratively to fulfill the church’s mission.

VCAC አምስት ዋና ቢሮዎች አሉት፤ እያንዳንዱ በተሾሙ አማካሪዎች ይመራል፣ በመተባበርም የቤተክርስቲያኑን ተልዕኮ ያፈፀሙ።

1. Office of Apostolic Oversight
   • Provides spiritual leadership and vision.
   • Oversees church-wide initiatives, pastoral care, and global missions.
   • Includes the Senior Pastor (Apostolic Leader) and Associate Pastors.

የአፖስቶላዊ እንክብካቤ ቢሮ

• መንፈሳዊ አመራርና ራዕይ ይሰጣል።
• የቤተክርስቲያን እቅዶችን፣ እርስ በርስ እንክብካቤንና ዓለም አቀፍ ምሥያን ይመራል።
• የታላቅ ጸሐፊ እና አጋር አማካሪዎችን ይጨምራል።

1. Office of Evangelism and Discipleship
   • Focuses on outreach, evangelistic events, and discipleship programs.
   • Includes the Evangelism Director and Ministry Coordinators.

የወንጌልና የተአምር ቢሮ

• በወጣቶችና በውጭ አገልግሎት ላይ ይጠናቀቃል።
• የወንጌል ዳይሬክተርንና ሚኒስቴር አስተባባሪዎችን ይጨምራል።

1. Office of Worship      and Arts
   • Leads all worship services, music, and creative arts ministries.
   • Includes Worship Leaders, Choir Directors, and Technical Teams.

የአምልኮና ጥበብ ቢሮ

• ሁሉንም የአምልኮ አገልግሎት፣ ሙዚቃና ፈጠራ ጥበብ ይመራል።
• የአምልኮ መሪዎችን፣ ኮይር ዳይሬክተሮችንና ቴክኒክ ቡድኖችን ይጨምራል።

1. Office of Administration and Operations
   • Manages daily church operations, logistics, and communication.
   • Oversees financial management, human resources, and facilities.
   • Includes the Church Administrator and supporting staff.

የአስተዳደርና እንቅስቃሴ ቢሮ

• የቤተክርስቲያን ቀናት እንቅስቃሴ፣ አቅርቦትና ግንኙነትን ይቆጣጠራል።
• የገንዘብ፣ የሰው ኃይልና የቦታ አስተዳደርን ይመራል።
• አስተዳዳሪውንና የድጋፍ ሰራተኞችን ይጨምራል።

1. Office of Community Development and Support Services
   • Oversees community outreach, counseling, and social support programs.
   • Coordinates initiatives like food banks, refugee support, and family services.

የማህበረሰብ ልማትና ድጋፍ አገልግሎት ቢሮ

• የማህበረሰብ ውጫ አገልግሎት፣ ምክርና ማህበራዊ ድጋፍ ይመራል።
• የምግብ ባንክ፣ የጠፉት ሰዎች ድጋፍና የቤተሰብ አገልግሎት እቅድ ያዘጋጃል።
